Introduction
Dr. Barna Boldog is an internationally recognized consultant surgeon with more than 36 years of surgical experience in Switzerland. His main fields of expertise include minimally invasive abdominal and thoracic surgery (laparoscopy), with special focus on single-port / single-incision surgical techniques, as well as bariatric (obesity) surgery.
Throughout his career, he has performed over 15,000 abdominal and thoracic procedures, in addition to more than 15,000 general surgical operations. He has been applying laparoscopic techniques for over 30 years and performing single-port procedures for 15 years, offering patients reduced postoperative pain, faster recovery, and excellent aesthetic outcomes.
