The doctor accepts patients during the first two weeks of every month, aged 18 and over.

I obtained my general medical degree in 1992 from the University of Debrecen Medical School.

I passed my specialist exams in general surgery in 1996 and gastroenterology in 1999.

In 2015, I obtained my specialist qualification in surgical oncology in Naples, within the framework of the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO).

Between 1992 and 2007, I worked as a surgeon at the Kenézy Gyula Hospital in Debrecen, where my main areas of interest were advanced laparoscopic surgery and modern treatment of cancer patients. Since 2010, I have been working in the Surgery Department of the Jósa András Teaching Hospital in Nyíregyháza, and since 2014 as head physician.

In addition to the knowledge I gained during my international studies, my experience in Italy and the United States enabled me to perform Hungary's first cytoreductive surgery with high-temperature intraperitoneal chemotherapy (CRS + HIPEC) on a patient with peritoneal metastasis in Nyíregyháza in 2012. Since then, I have performed more than 450 CRS + HIPEC surgeries (for ovarian, colon and rectal tumors, as well as appendiceal and other types of peritoneal metastases), and with the experience I have gained during these long and complex surgical procedures, I have been able to provide successful surgical care to many other patients with advanced cancer.

I operate on an average of 400 cancer patients per year, specialising in open and laparoscopic surgical treatment of stomach, liver, pancreas, colon, and rectal tumours, as well as malignant ovarian diseases. In addition to these cancers, I perform laparoscopic surgery for the cardia, adrenal gland, and other abdominal cavity lesions within the framework of public and private healthcare.

My primary goal is to deliver state-of-the-art surgical care following international guidelines, thereby enhancing the life expectancy and quality of life for my patients.
